Returns

No returns will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) on the package coming back. Our representative will provide you with the RMA# as appropriate. All returns must be shipped and fully insured with all manuals and software. All must be well packed to protect from damage. Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee. When returning international shipments a commercial invoice must be filled out with clearly marked on it “no customs value returning goods to seller”, if you do not have commercial invoice our representative will provide you with one. If you do not include commercial invoice indicating that you are returning goods all customs duty will be billed to you.
