Explanation of shipping methods.

We ship small packages by UPS, FedEx,
Canada Post, Purolator or
courier of your choice. |
The shipping cost for small items (up to 150
lbs) is usually in the rage from 30 USD up to 150 USD for most destinations
within US and Canada depending on the level of service, size, weigh and
insurance. You can check rates from our zip code L1T 4T9 in Canada at UPS
and FedEx
sites. UPS standard and FedEx ground rates do not include brokerage charges.
| Larger and heavier items over 150 lbs have to be
shipped on the skid by different type of courier. Delivery to residential
address requires arrangements and track with tailgate and the courier will
charge for the extra service. Please advise us in advance about your
location and if you can handle heavy shipment. All tracking companies have
multiply distribution centers in all states and if the delivery is to be
made to residential address we advice to arrange pickup from their warehouse
to reduce cost. |
Bigger and heavier items (over 150 lbs) like floor
centrifuges, ovens, incubators, etc.,which can only be shipped on skids, will cost
from 250 USD up to 400 USD for most destination within US and Canada. In some
cases for very large and heavy items the cost of shipping will go over
400 USD. Most items qualify under NAFTA agreement and you
do not have to pay any duty. Nevertheless for items manufactures outside North
America there might be a duty.
